1. Refund Eligibility
We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, you may be eligible for a refund based on the cancellation timeline outlined below.
- Cancellation by Brittany Forest Lakes: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund.
2. Cancellation Timeline and Refund Amount
- Cancellation more than 8 months prior to the booked date: You are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made within 8 months of the booking date: In the event of a cancellation within this period, the full deposit will be retained by us. We reserve the right to assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
3. Deposit and Payment
- Deposit: A deposit of £150 per person is required within 7 days of confirming your booking to secure the dates.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 6 months prior to the booking date.
4. Initiating a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your booking details and the reason for cancellation. We will review your request and respond promptly with further instructions. An admin fee of £25.00 per person will be levied on all refunds.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your refund request. The timing of the refund reflecting in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
6. Additional Information
- Non-Refundable Costs: Please note that any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or charges associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Booking Modifications: If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and could affect the refund eligibility.
